As you can see, I posted a new pic of myself. I finally had one taken that I like. The only problem is that most of that hair is gone.
I was having a bad day, you know you need a change but you really can't do anything about what you need to change. Does that make any sense at all?
So in the middle of a mood swing I decide that the only thing I can really change at that moment is my hair. Plus I realized that I hadn't had a real hair cut in five years. So I trimmed up the front, put the rest in a ponytail. I then handed the scissors to my brother and asked him to lop off my ponytail. Which he did, and he made sure it was all even and everything.
I now have collar length hair and it's driving me crazy. I mean it looks good and I've gotten lots of compliments on it, but it just feels wrong. LOL
I will post a pic when I can, the ones we took didn't come out very good. The lighting was all wrong.
Oh yeah the moral of this little story is "Don't let crazy people play with scissors!" LOL

Dear Julie,
You'll be happy to know the difference between a good and a bad hair cut is about two weeks.
You have beautiful hair. If you saved it take it to your local beauty shop who works with Locks of Love and donate your hair. It has to be twelve inches to do it.
Your picture without Miss Scarlet almost seems Naked.
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Pat
I just went through the same thing. Went to the beauty shop to have a trim and came out with something I never asked for.
Like Pat said...the only thing that kept me from screaming was I knew it grows back so quick!
Thank the squirrels it does!
Pat,
I didn't save it because I heard that they didn't take colored hair. I don't know if that's true or not.
Miss Scarlett is not currently having her pic taken. Her feathers have been in pretty bad shape lately. They are growing back in finally, but she looks kinda ragged right now. I figured out what was causing the problem and fixed it so she should be her beautiful self soon.
CJ,
I know my hair grows fast, it looks cute. I used to wear my hair this short all the time. Or at least every summer. But it was long for so long I'm having trouble adapting. LOL
